5 weeks of workouts in the fresh farm air! Join us at Cider Hill Farm for a series of workouts on Mondays, May 5th to June 9th (no classes Memorial Day).

Adult Bootcamp 8:30-9:15am

All the classic cardio, strength, and core exercises you know mixed into the perfect combo to keep you on your toes - always challenging, always fun and positive! Exercises will be modified for different fitness levels as needed.

Power Play class from 9:30-10:15am

High-energy class designed to challenge adults with exercises while keeping little ones active and entertained with playful movement and creative games. Everyone leaves feeling accomplished, connected, and ready for some well-earned rest!

July & Aug - Athletic Edge Training Program

​​Stay sharp this summer with Athletic Edge—a performance-focused training program designed to keep athletes strong, conditioned, and game-ready during the off-season. Whether you’re preparing for fall sports or simply maintaining your edge, this 4-week program targets speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic development.
Led by experienced coaches, sessions blend structured strength training, dynamic conditioning, and injury-prevention techniques in a supportive, high-energy environment. Perfect for athletes 12+ looking to stay in peak shape and return to sports confident and prepared.

July & Aug - Teen Intro to Weightlifting

A safe & fun way for teens to start weightlifting!
​
​Our 6-week Intro to Weightlifting Program is designed specifically for ages 12+ to learn safe, effective lifting techniques in a supportive environment.
Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights. Participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.

July - Summer Fit Fun Sessions!

Join us for half day sessions this summer! A fun blend of challenges, obstacle courses, and games focused on body awareness, balance, mobility, cardio, and age-appropriate strength building.
​
Kids will also learn about healthy habits and science behind the exercises they do with daily crafts!
​
We will have plenty of time for rest and mindful recovery in between activities.

7/30 & 7/31 - NBPT Waterfront Workouts

We're back on the gorgeous waterfront with FREE workouts as part of Yankee Homecoming this year!
​​
​Get moving with us bright and early or bring the kids to our family classes later in the morning - either way, you'll feel great!
​
Exercises will be modified for different fitness levels as needed. Please bring water and a Yoga mat (if you have/want one)!

6:15AM - Cardio Conditioning

Focus on your heart health, stamina, and endurance with high intensity interval training paired with low intensity movements. A great way to get your heart pumping!

9:15AM - Family Circuit

This family-friendly circuit training class will have you and your child moving through a series of stations focused on cardio and strength. With slam balls and agility ladders, it will be lots be fun! Ages 8yrs+ with caregiver.​​​​​

8/2 Yankee Homecoming Family Day

​
​​We will have some great challenges and fitness fun for your whole family at Yankee Homecoming!
​
We'll be at Nock Middle School from 10-2pm with lots of other local organizations offering FREE activities for the day. Don't miss out on the fun!
​
Please note - due to the renovation of the tennis courts at the middle school, Family Day will take place on the Toppans Lane side of the school this year.

Ongoing Sneakers4Good Collection

Check your closet for gently used sneakers! We’re partnered with Sneakers4Good to collect gently worn, used or new adult sneakers/running shoes.
The sneakers will help benefit a local charity as well as give a hand up to micro-enterprises in 25 developing countries. The athletic shoes will be kept out of landfills where they can take decades to fully decompose.
Bring them with you to our studio to donate and help make a difference!
