9/22 - Free Class at Salisbury Days

Join us at Salisbury Days! Thanks to our partnership with Family Connections, we will have FREE Storybook Adventure class on Sunday 9/22 at 11:30am in Salisbury Square!

No need to sign up, just stop on by and get a great moving with your friends and family!

11/1 - 11/9 Candy Collection

Are you drowning in temptation and wanting to keep your family a bit healthier after all the Trick-Or-Treat fun?

Bring in your extra candy to our studio the first 2 weeks in November to donate it to our troops and then join one of our family or adult classes!

Ongoing - Sneakers4Good Collection

Check your closet for gently used sneakers! We’re partnered with Sneakers4Good to collect gently worn, used or new adult sneakers/running shoes.

The sneakers will help benefit a local charity as well as give a hand up to micro-enterprises in 25 developing countries. The athletic shoes will be kept out of landfills where they can take decades to fully decompose.

Bring them with you to our studio to donate and help make a difference!

Kids' Night Out! - TBD

Our super popular Kids' Night Out will return soon - even better in our new space!

Enjoy the night to yourselves while we take care of the kiddos with some fitness fun, pizza, popcorn & a movie!

$40 per child, Ages 4-10, limit 10 kids

Reservations required - book early, space fills quickly for this event!
