We'll be coming back to the Newburyport Council on Aging for free Balance Check sessions — helping local seniors build confidence and stay steady on their feet!

July - Summer Fit Fun

Kids will have a blast with challenges, games, and obstacle courses in our Summer Fit Fun Program!
We will lead them through a fun blend of games & activities focused on body awareness, balance, mobility, cardio, and age-appropriate strength building. They'll have plenty of time for rest and mindful recovery throughout.
Kids will also learn about healthy habits and the science behind the exercises they do with daily crafts!

May / July / Nov - Kin Kid Zone @ Cider Hill Farm

We are so excited to introduce Kin Kids Zone at Cider Hill Farm's Cider 5K and Donut Dashes!
​
Kin Kids Zone is a free family-friendly activity space designed to keep kids moving, engaged, and having fun while runners hit the course.
​
Families can drop in before or after the 5K or Donut Dash to explore playful fitness challenges, movement games, and hands-on activities led by Kin Fitness coaches. The space welcomes all ages and abilities, encouraging kids to climb, jump, balance, crawl, and move — all while parents join in or cheer them on.
​
Our goal is simple: turn race day into a joyful movement experience for the whole family.

May - August - Active Adventures @ Cider Hill Farm

Kin Fitness is bringing movement and imagination together at Cider Hill Farm!
​
Active Adventures is an action-packed, interactive story 30min class where kids don’t just sit and listen, they become part of the adventure. From blasting off into space to searching for pirate treasure, each session combines storytelling with exercises that develop balance, coordination, strength, body awareness, and cardio fitness.
​
Designed for ages 2.5–6, this playful class builds foundational movement skills while nurturing confidence and creativity in a fun, outdoor setting. Caregivers are welcome to join in the fun!
​
Come ready to move, imagine, and adventure together!

Time: Mondays, 9:00–9:30am

Intro to Weightlifting for Teens

A safe & fun way for teens to start weightlifting!
​
​Our 4-week Intro to Weightlifting Program is designed specifically for ages 12+ to learn safe, effective lifting techniques in a supportive environment.
Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights. Participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.

Ongoing Sneakers4Good Collection

Check your closet for gently used sneakers! We’re partnered with Sneakers4Good to collect gently worn, used or new adult sneakers/running shoes.
The sneakers will help benefit a local charity as well as give a hand up to micro-enterprises in 25 developing countries. The athletic shoes will be kept out of landfills where they can take decades to fully decompose.
Bring them with you to our studio to donate and help make a difference!
