Adult Classes & Programs
Our Adult Classes and Programs are just the thing to kick-off your fitness journey or take it to the next level! All fitness abilities are welcome to come join. We will make sure you are challenged in a positive and supportive environment, incorporating modifications as needed to ensure everyone's workout is safe and effective.
Most of our Adult Classes are drop-in, allowing you to work around your schedule. Our focused training programs are organized into 6-week sessions with weekly classes. In this total body strength training class, you will move through a series of bodyweight and free weight exercises that will work on both cardio endurance and muscle strength in a low impact sequence of movements. We will end the class with a free weight complex that will leave your heart pumping and whole body feeling strong.
Focus on your heart health, stamina, and endurance with high intensity interval training - quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods.
Tue & Thu, 6:30-7:15am
All the classic cardio, strength, core exercises you know mixed into the perfect combo to keep you on your toes - always challenging, always fun! Exercises will be modified for different fitness levels as needed.
Flex & Stretch
A mobility class to help improve overall balance, flexibility, and stability. Filled with easy-to-follow low-impact moves, total body strengthening exercises, and lots of stretching. Great for seniors, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking to increase their range of motion!
High intensity full-body workout based on functional movement patterns to increase endurance, strength, and balance. Exercises will include a mix of plyometric, free-weight and body-weight exercises, including squat jumps, push presses and pull-ups.
Intro to Weightlifting
Learn the basics of weightlifting in this 6-week program, including proper technique and movement patterns to ensure safety and effectiveness. Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights, participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.
