Adult Classes
Our Adult Classes are just the thing to kick-off your fitness journey or take it to the next level! All fitness abilities are welcome to come join, we welcome older teens.
We will make sure you are challenged in a positive and supportive environment, incorporating modifications as needed to ensure everyone's workout is safe and effective.

Our Adult Classes are drop-in, allowing you to work around your schedule. If you are looking for a more customized program and one-on-one support to help you reach your goals, please reach out to us to learn more about our Personal & Small Group Training.

Please check the current schedule on our SignUp page and/or Mindbody. Be sure to reserve your spot in Mindbody prior to class. Classes with no sign ups 30min prior to class may be subject to cancellation.

Flex & Stretch
A mobility class to help improve overall balance, flexibility, and stability. Filled with easy-to-follow low-impact moves, total body strengthening exercises, and lots of stretching. Great for seniors, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking to increase their range of motion!
