Train Together as a Family

Fitness can be something the whole family enjoys.

In addition to our adult programs, Kin Fitness offers family classes and kids programs designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement.

Many parents train with us while their kids participate in classes or join family workouts.

Prefer to follow your own program?​ Our Open Gym Training sessions give you access to our fully equipped gym in a quiet, focused environment without the crowds of traditional gyms.

A certified trainer is always present to help with form, answer questions, and ensure a safe training experience.

Adult Class Description
Adult Class Descriptions:

Coach-led workouts designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help you move better for life. All classes include guidance, modifications, and progressions so every participant can train safely and effectively.

Please check the current schedule and reserve your spot in Mindbody prior to class. Classes with low sign-ups may be subject to cancellation. 

Stronger

Build total-body strength through a combination of bodyweight and free-weight exercises. This coach-led class improves muscular strength, endurance, and overall fitness with scalable options for all levels.

Cardio Conditioning

Boost heart health, stamina, and energy with interval-based training that alternates short bursts of effort with active recovery. A dynamic workout designed to improve endurance while keeping you moving and motivated.

Full Body Fit

A balanced workout combining strength, cardio, and core training in one efficient session. Expect functional exercises, supportive coaching, and modifications that help every participant feel challenged and successful.

Core & Circuit

A full-body circuit class built around functional movement patterns to improve strength, balance, and endurance. Rotating stations include bodyweight exercises, free weights, and focused core training.

Flex & Stretch

A low-impact class focused on improving mobility, balance, and flexibility through controlled, guided movement. Ideal for seniors, injury recovery, or anyone looking to move more comfortably and increase range of motion.
