Classes are capped to maintain a focused environment where coaches can guide form, offer modifications, and help you progress safely.

Train Together as a Family
Fitness can be something the whole family enjoys.
In addition to our adult programs, Kin Fitness offers family classes and kids programs designed to help children build confidence, coordination, and a love of movement.
Many parents train with us while their kids participate in classes or join family workouts.

Train Independently, with Expert Guidance
Prefer to follow your own program? Our Open Gym Training sessions give you access to our fully equipped gym in a quiet, focused environment without the crowds of traditional gyms.
A certified trainer is always present to help with form, answer questions, and ensure a safe training experience.
