Kid & Teen Programs

Our unique Kid Programs are fun, safe, and effective, based on age-appropriate functional movements. We work on various foundational fitness skills such as strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility to develop their overall fitness, while creating a positive early experience with exercise and its many benefits.​

Each studio program is typically organized into 6-week sessions with weekly 45min classes. To celebrate our new studio this summer, we not only have awesome half-day and special programs, but we'll also be offering several of our kid classes as drop-ins! We do strongly suggest reserving your space in Mindbody app to ensure a spot. Unless otherwise noted, classes are limited to 12 kids.

Understanding that it's hard to find time for yourself, as a plus caregivers have option to workout independently on our studio’s cardio equipment and free weights during the sessions!

We also partner with organizations such as Relief Parenting Respite & Resource Center and Newburyport Recreation & Youth Services to offer special programs!

Ages 2.5-6yrs

Active Adventures

Join us for an action-packed story, where kids don’t just sit and listen, but act out the adventure with exercises that increase their body awareness, balance, strength & cardio fitness. From space exploring to pirate treasure hunts - it's imagination and exercise together!

Superhero Training

What is your superpower? Get ready to find out and hone your fitness skills with our obstacle courses, games, and functional movement exercises so you can go help save the world!

Fit Foundations

Kids will have a blast, get a full-body workout, and build a solid foundation of fitness skills with proper techniques in Fit Foundations. Classes will have a fun mix of high energy cardio, coordination, endurance, and age-appropriate strength building using body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, & lunges.

Gametime

Ready, set, go! A whole class of fun game-based activities and competitive relay races that will keep them physically challenged while instilling a sense of sportsmanship and teamwork.

Strength & Conditioning

A fun, challenging blend of cardio, bodyweight, & free weight exercises in a positive high energy environment to keep them motivated, active, and to push their fitness goals to the next level!

Ages 13yrs+

Intro to Weightlifting

Learn the basics of weightlifting, including proper technique and movement patterns to ensure safety and effectiveness. Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights, participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.
