Kid & Teen Programs
Our unique Kid Programs are fun, safe, and effective, based on age-appropriate functional movements. We work on various foundational fitness skills such as strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility to develop their overall fitness, while creating a positive early experience with exercise and its many benefits.
Each studio program is organized into 6-week sessions with weekly 45min classes. Enrollment is open as space allows. Unless otherwise noted, classes are limited to 8 kids and masks are optional.
Understanding that it's hard to find time for yourself, as a plus caregivers have option to workout independently on our studio’s brand-new cardio equipment and free weights during the sessions!
We also partner with Newburyport Youth Services (NYS) to offer programs in Newburyport! Session length varies and enrollment is done directly through NYS here. Note that registration is open to both residents and non-residents!

Join us for an action-packed story, where kids don’t just sit and listen, but act out the adventure with exercises that increase their body awareness, balance, strength & cardio fitness. From space exploring to pirate treasure hunts - it's imagination and exercise together!

Ages 6-9yrs / Jr 3-5yrs

Ready, set, go! A whole class of fun game-based activities and competitive relay races that will keep them physically challenged while instilling a sense of sportsmanship and teamwork.
Kids will have a blast, get a full-body workout, and build a solid foundation of fitness skills with proper techniques in Fit Foundations. Classes will have a fun mix of high energy cardio, coordination, endurance, and age-appropriate strength building using body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, & lunges.
Youth Athlete Training
Small group training to keep them in top condition! We will effectively and safely cross-train - working on strength, power, speed & agility to help improve their overall sports performance. Limit 4 athletes. Custom scheduling.
Intro to Weightlifting
Learn the basics of weightlifting, including proper technique and movement patterns to ensure safety and effectiveness. Focused on basic barbell and dumbbell free-weights, participants will learn proper squat, bench press, and deadlift techniques building general strength and confidence in lifting.
