Join us for our morning Fit Camps, afternoon Fitness Classes, & evening Strength & Conditioning!

Kids will have a blast with our NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Youth Fitness Specialist leading them in exercises, games, and obstacles courses that will get their heart pumping while building a solid foundation of fitness skills.


Fit Camps

Fit Camps will have a fun blend of exercises focused on body awareness, balance, mobility, cardio, and age-appropriate strength building using body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, & lunges. We will have plenty of time for rest as well as mindful recovery activities. Camps held Monday through Thursday mornings.

*Our Newburyport camps are offered through Newburyport Youth Services at Rupert A. Nock Middle School. Registration for residents opens March 15th, non-NBPT resident registration opens April 1st. 


Summer Fitness Classes

Afternoons will be a blast with week-long versions of our most popular Kid Programs focused on body awareness, strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility. Classes held Monday through Thursday. As always, adults have the option to workout on our equipment during classes!


Superhero Training (Ages 4-6)

Focusing on functional movements, children work through obstacle courses, games, and exercises that build their fitness superpowers!

Gametime (Ages 6-9)

Ready, set, go! A whole class of fun games & competitive relay races that will keep them challenged & instill a sense of sportsmanship & teamwork.

Summer Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

A fun, challenging blend of cardio, bodyweight, & free weight exercises in a positive high energy environment to keep your child motivated this summer! 


4-week session that meets 2x week to push their summer fitness goals to the next level!
