Open Gym at Kin Fitness gives you access to our fully equipped training space designed for focused, effective workouts.

Train independently using professional-grade equipment, with a certified coach available to answer questions, check form, and help ensure you train safely.

Unlike large commercial gyms, Open Gym Training sessions give you the space to train without crowded floors, long waits for equipment, or distractions.

Whether you're following your own program or simply looking for a high-quality place to work out, Open Gym Training at Kin Fitness provides the equipment, space, and professional oversight to support your progress.​​​​

Open Gym Equipment

What to Expect

Each Open Gym session is a 60-minute training window in a supervised training environment. Sessions are limited in size to maintain a focused, high-quality experience.

​

Our studio is fully equipped for strength, conditioning, and performance training.​ Open Gym members have access to our full training floor and equipment during scheduled open gym hours.

​

Equipment includes:​

  • Full power racks

  • Free weights up to 105 lbs.

  • 10-ft training rig

  • Cardio equipment

  • Erg/Ski Row

  • Universal cable machine

  • Battle ropes

  • Kettlebells & medicine balls

  • Sleds & conditioning equipment

  • Landmine stations

  • Adjustable benches

  • Jump ropes

  • Resistance bands

  • Functional training space

Open Gym works well for people who:

If you’re brand new to training or unsure where to start, we recommend beginning with a custom program first.
